Emperor Elite is one of the best-known and most-popular Red Sea liveaboard yachts. At a length of 38 metres and purpose built for diving cruises in the Red Sea, it’s perfectly suited for up to 26 divers to relax in comfort. The boat was fully renovated in 2019, adding a Junior Suite to its upper deck.
With free Nitrox fills for certified divers and national park fees included in the rates, Emperor Elite is excellent value, with no hidden extra costs. They even supply red wine with dinner and complimentary Wi-Fi when in range. Plus the transfers from Hurghada and Port Ghalib are for free. But it’s not just the great value that makes Elite so popular. The cabins and communal areas are well designed & furnished, giving guests the best feeling of space & luxury. Time flies by on the week-long diving cruises in Red Sea, such is the relaxing luxury and great diving on offer.
Elite has several sun decks, and indoor & outdoor communal areas, ensuring that there’s always somewhere to sit and relax, sunbathe in peace, or chat with others. The guest cabins are twins & doubles, located on three decks. All have private bathrooms, independent air conditioning, a mini refrigerator and plenty of storage areas.
New for 2019 is the Junior Suite at the front of the boat’s upper deck. Here, guests can enjoy a panoramic view of The Red Sea and lots of space inside. Just behind the Junior Suite is the even-larger Executive Suite that also has a large sofa. Both suites have separated bathrooms & toilets, and doors that open out onto the deck. There are also two twin bed cabins on the upper deck. At the rear of this deck is the outdoor sofa area, which is where most guests spend the late afternoons and evenings enjoying the view, the sea breeze, and maybe a beer, wine or cocktail.
On the main deck is one twin-bed guest cabin, the indoor communal areas, and the diving platform. The large air-conditioned dining room is where delicious food is served several times every day. Don’t expect to lose any weight on your Red Sea diving cruise, such is the quality & choice of food on offer. Behind the dining room is a stylish lounge saloon. There are lots of sofas, tasteful lighting and a large tv. Here you can escape the hot weather and enjoy a movie, or just chill out with friends. At the rear of the main deck is the diving deck, where all the equipment is stored. There are two communal bathrooms and everyone has their own space for equipment. And right at the rear is the dive platform that is easily large enough for groups to wait for the all clear to jump in. Both areas of the diving platform have sensible design and materials to ensure safety & convenience at all times. Two motorized tender dinghies are used to transfer guests to beaches when possible, and to retrieve divers who surface near the reef or far from the main boat. On the lower deck of Emperor Elite there are eight twin-bed guest cabins, which are actually larger than the main and upper deck twin cabins.
Emperor Elite is fully fitted with all safety & navigation facilities, and can accommodate rebreather, tech and sidemount divers. All in all, with the team’s experience, the choice, size & luxury of the cabins & communal areas, the great food and the included Nitrox & park fees, Emperor Elite is unbeatable value for the best Red Sea liveaboard experience.

Itinerary
There are several itineraries on Emperor Elite. Please carefully select an itinerary from the list below that matches your chosen trip on the schedule. On nearly all trips, the first and final nights are spent on board in the harbour. This enables you to arrive by plane, travel directly to the boat, recover from jetlag before diving, and to safely fly after disembarkation on the final day.
The itineraries below are the most-common for each trip, but these can sometimes be changed for a number of reasons. Small changes are made due to weather & sea conditions, special marine life sightings, overcrowded dive sites, local-authorities' instructions, and the needs & requests of the paying guests. The safety & comfort of all guests is most important at all times.
