Bunmee 3 is a new boat that is managed by a very experienced team who know how to provide safe, comfortable, and enjoyable scuba diving cruises in Myanmar (Burma). The guest cabins and communal areas are comfortable, well designed and just the right size. The trips are seven nights in length, starting & finishing in Thailand. Due to the team’s experience and the boat’s design, guests can relax and enjoy the wonderful diving in Burma.
Spending a week at sea far from civilisation isn’t easy, and passengers need comfort, privacy & good service to ensure relaxed happiness throughout any diving cruise in Burma. The local crew & mainly-western team of dive staff of Bunmee 3 know what is required to ensure that everyone enjoys their trip. Bunmee 3 is a new boat, and was specially designed for long scuba diving cruises. Its steel hull and large size means that it can sail easily & safely through The Andaman Sea, even if there are waves. The diving platform is well designed to give plenty of space for guests to move around before and after each dive. And the communal areas and guest cabins are nice places to spend time in. Due to meticulous planning before each diving trip into Burma, the team on Bunmee 3 have no problem in providing a great service to no more than 18 lucky guests. From the diving to the food, everything is excellent.
Bunmee 3 has nine air-conditioned guest cabins, each for no more than two people. Some have double beds, and others have twin beds. Most have private bathrooms. On the upper deck, there are four ‘Standard Cabins’ which have large windows, doors that open out onto the deck, and comfortable beds (twin or double). These cabins have the sole use of two bathrooms, which other guests and staff do not use. On Bunmee 3’s main deck there are four ‘Comfort Cabins’ and a ‘Master Cabin’. The Comfort Cabins can have twin or double beds, and the Master Cabin has a large double bed, plus a sofa. All Comfort & Master Cabins have private en suite bathrooms, with hot & cold freshwater showers and European toilets. All cabins on Bunmee 3 are cleaned every day and fresh towels are always available. They have space for some luggage, reading lights, and electrical sockets. 220v. electricity is available 24 hours per day. Most cabins have private security safes for personal belongings.
Between dives and during the evenings, most guests on Bunmee 3 congregate around the tables of the outdoor dining area. This is where the delicious food is served and eaten, and where the team give detailed dive briefings using multimedia for more detail. There is a large flat-screen television and when in range of a cellular signal, wi-fi is available for free. The outdoor dining area is designed in a way that small groups can socialise in private, but large groups can also chat together. In addition, there are sunbathing areas on two decks.
All in all, Bunmee 3 is a perfect boat for the best diving cruises in Myanmar. Its size is ideal to comfortably accommodate the guests, and its team are very good at making everyone happy throughout the week-long diving trips. Cabins are clean and comfortable, and the choice of dive sites is always good.
