Robust Ghost Pipefish (Solenostomus cyanopterus) are the largest of the Ghost Pipefish species. They use their excellent camouflage as defence, and normally float around in the water with their long snouts facing downwards. They inhabit the Indo-Pacific region from the Red Sea to the western Pacific Ocean.
