MY JP Marine is a very popular Red Sea diving liveaboard due to its range of itineraries, comfortable cabins & communal areas, great food, and excellent value. The boat has three decks, which are upper, main and lower, plus the sundeck. Guest cabins all have air conditioning and private bathrooms. There are plenty of communal areas to relax, in the shade, the sun & with great views, food & company.
The boat's lower deck has eight guest cabins, none of which are near to the engine room. These cabins offer the best-value Red Sea liveaboard experience. On the main deck is the large dive platform, that has a Nitrox blending system and plenty of space for divers to store their equipment, gear up before dives, and to safely jump in the water in organised groups. Also on the main deck is the huge air-conditioned lounge saloon that has plenty of sofas & tables for guests to enjoy the delicious meals. The home entertainment system allows guests to show diving videos and photos from the day's action, and maybe watch a movie in the evening or between dives.
JP Marine's upper deck is home to six guest cabins which have windows to enjoy the wonderful sea view. At the rear of the upper deck is the shaded outdoor lounge area. Here you can sit on comfortable sofas and enjoy the sea breeze and stunning views, plus enjoy a drink with other guests. There's also a small sundeck at the front. Then on the top of the boat you can find a huge sunbathing area with plenty of soft mats & benches. This area is particularly popular first thing in the morning and late in the evening. It's quite romantic up here!
Naturally, the boat has all the necessary safety equipment. Plus there are two motorized tender dinghies to collect divers who surface away from the boat, to drop them right above the reef when needed, and to transfer guests to islands when possible. At the start and end of each cruise, scheduled transfers from & back to local hotels and airports is included in the rates. Like most Red Sea diving liveaboards, it's quite common for departure and return ports to be changed at the last minute due to logistics or weather & sea conditions. Therefore, the team can collect guests from as far north as Hurghada and as far south as Marsa Alam.

Itinerary
Nearly all trips start on Saturday afternoons, but the boats actaully stay in the harbour until Sunday morning. Therefore, you can arrive until the evening on departure day. There are normally two or three dives on the Sunday, then three or four dives per day from Monday to Thursday. The number of dives depends on the time of year and the location, because night dives are not permitted in the National Marine Parks. Finally there are up to two dives on Friday morning, allowing for 24 hours before your flight. The boat returns to the harbour on Friday late afternoon and guests disembark on Saturday morning. In some cases, the team send guests to a local hotel for the final night.
